Meta is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) experienced in managing large-scale platform building, evolution, and scaling across the company. This position will work with cross-functional teams in Meta's Central Products Foundations (CPF) to build, evolve, and improve products and platforms and continue scaling our solutions to ensure we're improving user experience, efficiency, and reliability. The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for driving overall communication to leadership, stakeholders, and core working teams in a regular cadence to bring awareness to the progress and challenges of the projects. The TPM will develop and manage the overall program, which includes defining the scope, requirements, development model, schedules, and deliverables in collaboration with engineering teams, partners, and stakeholders. They will provide hands-on program management during various phases including analysis, benchmarking, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation. Additionally, the TPM will perform risk assessments, risk mitigation, and change management on programs, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively. Another key responsibility will be to drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the program management processes. The role requires a strong technical background and the ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrating critical thinking and thought leadership to guide the development of systems, solutions, and products.
