About the position

Meta is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support the infrastructure of People Data Platforms Signals datasets, which include AddressBooks, Contact Points, Device, and Location Signals. The TPM will drive technology solutions with complex technical components, bridging the gap between engineering teams and ensuring the platform is built and operated efficiently, securely, and reliably. This role involves driving platform adoption, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic synergy initiatives to maximize impact and efficiency across various products.

Responsibilities

  • Define, build and lead cross-functional programs to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Accountable for identifying and overcoming end-to-end, cross-functional problems in technical domains.
  • Lead execution and delivery of solutions to resolve business problems via strategic thinking and leadership.
  • Define and deliver on technical requirements that solve people problems and product/platform/infrastructure requirements.
  • Define and own success metrics, rollout, and operational plans.
  • Build strong partnerships to mobilize and influence across a broad range of partners and organizations.
  • Identify and improve inefficiencies to enhance operational speed and quality.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management experience.
  • Experience delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery.
  • Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope.
  • Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams with demonstrated critical thinking and thought leadership.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with technical management teams.
  • Organizational, coordination, and multi-tasking experience.
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.
  • Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and partners in different time zones.
