About the position

Join the Digital Twin team at KLA and play a pivotal role in building transformational digital products that cater to the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem. As a hybrid technical and leadership role, you will not only contribute as a team member but also lead the team towards the successful implementation of a data system product that aligns with business needs and timelines. This position requires you to operate a team based in North America while interfacing with global teams, ensuring that the product life cycle management system is effectively implemented. Your primary responsibility will be to drive program deliverables throughout various phases of the development life cycle. You will oversee the development efforts, manage timelines for all projects, and ensure the timely delivery of program deliverables. This role involves leading the Reliability block model life cycle program, translating business needs into team and project objectives, and ensuring that execution aligns with these business needs. Regular updates to senior management on progress toward meeting business goals will be a key part of your responsibilities. In addition, you will be responsible for reviewing business requirement documents and feature requirement specifications, making final technical decisions when necessary. Your role will also include detailed architecture planning, product roadmap development, cost and schedule estimation, specification negotiation, and risk assessments for programs. Motivating and guiding team members to meet business needs and program goals will be essential, along with proactively mitigating program and technical risks. This position may require up to 15% travel, both domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Digital Twin team in building transformational digital products for KLA.
  • Drive program deliverables throughout different phases of the development life cycle.
  • Oversee development efforts and manage timelines for all projects.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on progress toward meeting business goals.
  • Review business requirement documents and feature requirement specifications, making final technical decisions as necessary.
  • Develop detailed architecture, product roadmap, cost and schedule estimation, and risk assessments for programs.
  • Motivate and guide team members to reach business needs and program goals.
  • Proactively mitigate program and technical risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 7 years of related work experience; Master's preferred with 5 years of related work experience; Doctorate with 3 years of related work experience.
  • Strong personnel and project management skills.
  • 2+ years of managerial experience and 8 years of technical experience.
  • Experience with SQL query, PBI, and Python.
  • Strong understanding of reliability modeling and data analytics/statistics.
  • Experience in a matrix organization.
  • Experience in Product Life Cycle practice is a plus.
  • Experience in Digital Twins development is a plus.
