About the position

The Technical Program Manager (EE) role at H10 involves overseeing the development of electronic engineering projects, particularly focusing on main logic boards and flexible printed circuits. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely project delivery while managing risks and documentation effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Drive documentation across cross-functional teams and external vendors/suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain development schedules, working with internal and external partners to manage schedule risks and mitigations.
  • Manage the development of main logic boards (MLB), flexible printed circuits (FPC), development platforms, and other EE driven designs.
  • Coordinate with other internal cross-functional design and operations teams including product design, manufacturing engineering, firmware, and software to develop cohesive development plans.
  • Maintain reports on development issues, bug tracking, risks, and design status.
  • Manage external design resources and contract manufacturers (CM, ODM, or JDM).
  • Run the 'SMT' portion of development builds, create build and allocation plans, address critical issues during the build, direct failure analysis, and drive yield improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field required.
  • 3+ years of experience as a TPM in Hardware Development, preferably in Consumer Electronics.
  • Proven record of working in fast-paced environments, thriving under pressure.
  • Experience managing hardware development with internal and external teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with board level electrical system development, validation, and characterization processes.
  • Experience with program and issue tracking and building complex development schedules.
  • Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams and projects.
  • Experience taking products from initial concept to mass production.
