About the position

The Technical Program Manager (TPM) will play a crucial role in leading engineering projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and meet quality standards. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and driving the execution of technical initiatives. The TPM will also be responsible for identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
• Facilitate communication between teams and ensure alignment on project goals.
• Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or project management in an engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and platforms.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
