About the position

Meta is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the development and deployment of next-generation server hardware products tailored for AI/ML, Compute, and Storage workloads. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive product definition, design, integration, and validation, ensuring the successful adoption of new hardware solutions critical for Meta's infrastructure. The TPM will manage individual product development programs, influencing roadmaps and strategies while ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical program management of server platforms for Meta Infrastructure across various areas including Data Center, Network, and Hardware Systems.
  • Own overall program success from development to production, ensuring hardware products meet production workload requirements.
  • Develop and manage program scope, requirements, schedules, and deliverables in collaboration with engineering teams and stakeholders.
  • Influence product roadmaps through market analysis and feasibility studies.
  • Provide hands-on program management during all phases of product development, from analysis to post-implementation.
  • Perform risk assessments and manage change throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Drive process improvements across multiple functional areas.
  • Manage strategic vendor engagements and deliveries.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in systems engineering, hardware engineering, software engineering, or technical product/program management.
  • Knowledge of server systems, including CPUs, GPUs, Memory, and ASICs.
  • Experience delivering hardware programs from inception to delivery.
  • Ability to gather user needs and define project scope.
  • Experience operating autonomously across multi-disciplinary teams with strong critical thinking skills.
  • Organizational and multi-tasking skills with a focus on coordination.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in large-scale systems.
