Responsibilities

• Author technical documentation for Amazon Health Services (AHS) and beyond.
• Manage complex security or compliance programs from start to finish.
• Lead cross-functional projects with various stakeholders, balancing priorities and making trade-offs.
• Deliver strategy and business review communications at the executive level.
• Evaluate potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while demonstrating high judgment and clear communication.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

• 3+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience with Privacy and Compliance teams.
• Knowledge of healthcare services and familiarity with HIPAA, SOC, and HITRUST.
