Responsibilities

• Define program/product strategy and deliver independently while seeking direction when necessary.
• Work across teams to influence roadmap priorities, product feature decisions, and engineering processes.
• Advise managers on project goals and strategies.
• Manage complex cross-functional technology projects, defining program requirements to help engineering teams meet their goals.
• Conduct effective meetings, ensuring the right stakeholders are present and driving clear business and technical discussions.
• Understand design approaches within the technical domain, identifying risks and ensuring appropriate trade-offs are made.
• Improve project and process efficiency by optimizing cross-team processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.

Nice-to-haves

• 3+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
