About The Position
Amazon Robotics is seeking a talented and motivated Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join the HW Engineering team. This role focuses on managing early transition to production programs, field support, and sustaining activities, specifically from post-Beta through End of Life of project lifecycles. The TPM will work to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance performance on existing product platforms, supporting Amazon's next-generation fulfillment and sortation centers. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
