About the position

As a Technical Program Manager II at Google, you will leverage your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects focused on Generative AI within Google Workspace. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to plan project requirements, manage risks, and ensure timely communication across teams. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of AI features, working closely with engineering teams and ensuring that the products meet user needs and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of Generative AI programs and launch AI products.
• Manage project schedules and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners.
• Drive generative AI quality changes and apply understanding of complexities in building AI-powered features.
• Build reporting and analytics for critical evaluation infrastructure on model and release cycles in Generative AI.
• Solve evaluation process challenges between a range of stakeholders and teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program management.
• Experience leading the execution of Generative AI programs or launching AI products.

Nice-to-haves

• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience with scripting.
• Experience launching features to consumers or enterprises through frontend or backend development.
