About the position

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will leverage your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects focused on Generative AI. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to plan project requirements, manage schedules, and communicate effectively across teams. You will be responsible for driving the development and launch of AI features in Workspace products, ensuring that the solutions created are inclusive and beneficial for all users.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of Generative AI programs and launch AI products.
• Manage end-to-end feature development for horizontal AI features in Workspace products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan requirements and identify risks.
• Communicate project schedules and updates to stakeholders and executives.
• Drive generative AI quality changes and solve evaluation process challenges.
• Build reporting and analytics for critical evaluation infrastructure on model and release cycles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program management.
• Experience leading the execution of Generative AI programs or launching AI products.

Nice-to-haves

• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience with scripting.
• Experience launching features to consumers or enterprises through frontend or backend development.
• Experience working directly with Enterprise customers.
