As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will leverage your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to plan project requirements, identify potential risks, manage project schedules, and maintain clear communication with cross-functional partners throughout the organization. You will be responsible for explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives, as well as discussing technical trade-offs in product development with engineers. Your work will support the fundamental program and provide engineering support to assist with automation, reporting, dashboard creation, and other code-focused activities. In this position, you will create and maintain dashboards for tracking project velocity, utilizing internal tools to streamline processes through coding. You will also be tasked with planning, tracking, executing, and reporting on project timelines and milestones across multiple programs. Your role will require you to drive and monitor progress, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure successful project outcomes. Additionally, you will identify and address gaps in Real Time Communication (RTC) and cross-functional processes that hinder efficiency and scalability.
