About the position

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will leverage your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion. This role requires you to work closely with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners across the organization. You will be responsible for explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives while also discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers. Your role will involve interfacing with customers alongside Go To Market teams to craft and deliver a services strategy that aligns Google technology with customer missions. In your day-to-day activities, you will partner closely with account teams and other cross-functional teams to support pre-sales efforts and pitch to key customer stakeholders. This will result in the timely development and presentation of a viable services strategy. You will also lead the full business cycle for complex professional services engagements and value-based initiatives, which includes business development, highlighting Google differentiators, and presenting to C-level executives. Your recommendations will focus on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure necessary to implement comprehensive solutions. Additionally, you will define the scope of projects and develop, execute, and manage project plans for supported programs. Collaborating with team members and stakeholders will be crucial to understanding or identifying defined work problems and program goals, obtaining prioritized deliverables, and discussing program impact. You will review key metrics related to a program, monitor potential deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations. This position requires an active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance and the ability to obtain necessary clearances for government agency work.
