About the position

The Technical Program Manager - M365 is responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing support of enterprise cloud productivity platforms, including Microsoft 365 and associated technologies. This role emphasizes proactive management, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 services to ensure optimal performance and seamless user experiences across various modules.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of cloud-based solutions to meet business needs.
  • Stay updated on M365 updates and recommend improvements to optimize services.
  • Prepare project plans, schedules, and manage large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Provide hands-on configuration, management, and troubleshooting of M365 services.
  • Develop roadmaps and identify emerging technologies to meet business requirements.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Manage vendor relationships and technology evaluation processes.
  • Resolve Level 2 and Level 3 incidents and prepare communications related to technology.
  • Design recovery and resiliency solutions for disaster recovery exercises.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements and automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of experience working with Microsoft 365 services.
  • Advanced knowledge and administration experience for Microsoft 365 product suite.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing programs and projects effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.

Nice-to-haves

  • Product management skillset and experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge or industry certifications (PMP, ITIL, Microsoft) preferred.
