About the position

The Technical Program Manager will oversee the development and management of projects related to new Pay Per Visit health services. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and strong communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between the Pay Per Visit team and internal customers. The position demands hands-on project management capabilities, with a focus on timely execution while ensuring data security, availability, and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage projects affecting new Pay Per Visit health services.
  • Act as a bridge between the Pay Per Visit team and internal customers.
  • Plan delivery and execute S-Team goals.
  • Manage risks and launch plans.
  • Coordinate with software development managers (SDMs) and product managers (PMs).
  • Provide escalation management and anticipate tradeoffs.
  • Balance business needs with technical constraints.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical program management with software engineering teams.
  • Experience creating project plans, risk registries, and milestone trackers.
  • Ability to manage programs across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in delivering software products from conception to deployment.
