About the position

The Technical Program Manager for Network Deployment will play a crucial role in the Cloud Supply Chain (CSCP) organization, which is responsible for enabling the infrastructure that supports the growth of cloud services. This position focuses on delivering cloud network infrastructure and related technologies to meet data center capacity demands in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a systems thinking approach to manage the product lifecycle and drive network deployment, ensuring timely delivery of capacity to customers. The individual will coordinate with global stakeholders and external suppliers to deploy both greenfield and brownfield network infrastructure sites.

Responsibilities

• Drive hyper-scale cloud network infrastructure deployment projects to enable new cloud capacity.
• Define and control program scope, create and execute committed schedules, and maintain and report on program deliverables across the region.
• Drive continuous improvement of deployment processes, including performance data gathering and measurement of ongoing progress improvement initiatives.
• Support workflow orchestration and integration efforts while enabling systemic automation and effective data management.
• Coordinate with data center operations and engineering teams to improve scalable deployment activities and related performance.
• Manage the end-to-end deployment lifecycle, balancing delivery quality and priorities, and taking corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• 1+ year of experience reading and/or writing code.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• 1-3 years of technical strategy and operations management experience in a cloud-based technology business or similar industry.
• Expertise in deployment of high-performance, highly available, large-scale distributed networks and related technologies, preferably in tier one cloud provider data centers.
• Good knowledge of cloud infrastructure and data center environments.
• Good networking experience and understanding of network infrastructure, routing, load balancing, and Internet transport protocols.
• Demonstrated technical/process problem-solving and communication skills.
