About the position

The Technical Program Manager for Network Infrastructure Deployment will play a crucial role in executing strategies to deliver cloud network infrastructure that supports data center capacity demands. This position requires a systems-thinking approach to understand the product lifecycle and apply technical insights to drive network deployment, ensuring predictable delivery of capacity to end customers. The role involves planning, leading, and coordinating with global stakeholders and external suppliers to deploy both greenfield and brownfield network infrastructure sites.

Responsibilities

  • Drive hyper-scale cloud network infrastructure deployment projects to enable new cloud capacity.
  • Define and control program scope, create and execute committed schedules, and maintain and report on program deliverables across the region.
  • Drive continuous improvement of deployment processes, including performance data gathering and measurement of ongoing progress improvement initiatives.
  • Enable and support workflow orchestration and integration efforts while promoting systemic automation and effective data management.
  • Coordinate with data center operations and engineering teams to enhance scalable deployment activities and related performance.
  • Manage the end-to-end deployment lifecycle, balancing delivery quality and priorities, and taking corrective actions as necessary to meet business objectives.
  • Work independently in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, ensuring timely delivery despite ambiguous and changing business requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development, or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 1+ year of Network Engineering and/or Data Center Networking experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • 4+ years of network infrastructure experience with a proven track record of coordinating hyper-scale program/project delivery within large IT/Telecommunication and/or Internet Service Provider environments.
  • Demonstrated technical/process problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office productivity tools such as Excel, Project, Power-BI, Kusto, SQL, etc.
