About the position

The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for executing strategies to deliver cloud network infrastructure and related technologies to support data center capacity demands at scale. This role involves applying a systems-thinking approach to manage the product lifecycle, ensuring predictable delivery of capacity to end customers. The position requires collaboration with global stakeholders and external suppliers to deploy network infrastructure sites effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Drive hyperscale cloud network infrastructure deployment projects to enable new cloud capacity.
  • Define and control program scope, create and execute committed schedules, and maintain program deliverables across the region.
  • Drive continuous improvement of deployment processes and assess program delivery capabilities.
  • Enable and support workflow orchestration and integration efforts, promoting systemic automation and effective data management.
  • Coordinate with datacenter operations and engineering teams to enhance scalable deployment activities and performance.
  • Manage the end-to-end deployment lifecycle, balancing delivery quality and priorities, and taking corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year(s) experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 1+ years of Network Engineering and/or Data Center Networking experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • 4+ years network infrastructure experience with a proven track record in coordinating hyper scale program/project delivery.
  • Demonstrated technical/process problem solving and communication skills.
  • Experience using MS Office productivity tools such as Excel, Microsoft Project, Power-BI, Kusto, SQL.

Benefits

  • Base pay range of USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year, with higher ranges for specific locations.
  • Eligibility for benefits and other compensation.
