About the position

The Technical Program Manager (TPM) role at Operations Technology Solutions (OTS) involves driving enterprise-level IT solutions with a focus on ServiceNow products. The position requires a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on execution, ensuring that programs are managed effectively while meeting quality standards and business needs. The TPM will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify risks, manage project blockers, and facilitate communication to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs, identify and mitigate risks, clear project blockers, and hold teams accountable for delivery.
• Ensure features are tested and meet quality definitions, handle releases, and conduct post-launch monitoring.
• Understand the larger business picture and technical requirements of the solutions being built.
• Partner with managers to secure resources, scope engineering efforts, set project priorities, and drive delivery.
• Apply process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Agile, Lean, or Kaizen.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience developing and implementing the ServiceNow Platform.

Nice-to-haves

• 3+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience developing and executing product and technical roadmaps.
• Expertise in business analysis, metrics, reporting, and analytic tools/languages like SQL, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI.
