• Manage simultaneous projects balancing short-term deliveries and long-term success.
• Navigate through ambiguity for complex, rapidly changing projects and adjust plans as needed.
• Bring together diverse teams for fast-paced deliveries.
• Act as the trusted owner of project status, identifying dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Drive progress and visibility on projects.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Rapidly grasp technical concepts and translate them into actionable program strategies.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies, streamlining execution and bringing tooling efficiencies.
• Communicate effectively, articulating technical concepts to various audiences, including executive management.

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 8+ years of leading large-scale engineering projects, preferably across multiple geographies and time zones.
• Demonstrated success in product launch and/or go-to-market execution.
• Strong understanding of ML/AI principles and their distinctions from traditional software development.
• Experience managing multilingual project requirements and deliveries.

Nice-to-haves
