About the position

The Technical Program Manager (TPM) for the Sora team at OpenAI will play a crucial role in streamlining the development and integration of ongoing training and research efforts related to video capabilities in foundation models. This position focuses on organizing research processes, improving information flow, and ensuring efficient project progression, while overseeing the quality of human data campaigns and creating a compute roadmap to prioritize resources effectively.

• Expertise in designing and implementing scalable processes to solve complex problems.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
