About the position

The Technical Program Manager will be part of the Digital Program Management Office (PMO) supporting a Marketing organization within the telecommunications industry. This role involves leading digital initiatives, optimizing project management tools, and implementing reporting standards to enhance program execution and insights.

Responsibilities

  • Support and potentially lead digital initiatives end-to-end, including business case support, cost/benefit analysis, opportunity analysis, user story creation, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Define, document, and evangelize program/project planning, execution, and reporting standards.
  • Optimize, automate, and govern the use of project and portfolio management tools such as JIRA and Clarity.
  • Define and implement DCX portfolio level reporting to turn data into actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Four or more years of experience in portfolio management methodology and techniques.
  • Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices, including waterfall and agile.
  • Experience in digital, web design and development, ecommerce.
  • Experience using agile tools and methodologies.
  • Intermediate to advanced skill level using project management tools, office productivity, and data analytics tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and/or MS PowerPoint and Excel.
