About the position

Over the years, Soliel's team of technical experts has consistently delivered outstanding innovative solutions and services that meet or exceed customer expectations and satisfaction. We are seeking to bring on board an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an opportunity to work closely with Government program leads /chief technologists to manage IT programs for the DoD agencies. You will be one of the key members of the program team working with high-caliber, dynamic, fast-paced technical teams to deliver innovative solutions and mission-critical services in the areas of IT infrastructure, software development, cloud implementation, and DevSecOps.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for overall program delivery, while working in close collaboration of cross-function teams
  • Provide administrative and programmatic support as required by the contract
  • Develop customer relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and facilitating program growth
  • Support Business Development, Capture, and Proposal efforts as needed

Requirements

  • Must have at least 5 years' experience as a Program Manager on an IT or Systems Engineering (SE) related program
  • Must have at least 10 years of demonstrated experience managing software intensive technology projects within complex IT environments
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience applying the Software Development Life Cycle processes and successful delivery of high-quality software applications
  • Possess skills and experience leading development and maintenance of software applications employing Microsoft technologies including NET, JavaScript, Azure, DevSecOps, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and Windows Server

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with the application of Business Intelligence (BI), integration of both structured and unstructured data in support of operational processes, and management of a diverse workforce to solve complex information management challenges
  • Experience with cloud service providers, both Government and/or commercial, as well as collaboration efforts with DISA
  • Experience working with and supporting Army Leadership
  • At least two years' experience/knowledge with principles of cloud computing, systems administration, network engineering, and data warehousing using third party hosting providers
  • Experience leading large, enterprise web-based software applications with complex data federation demonstrated by leading software teams of over 25 staff members
  • Experience responding to and expeditiously resolving system availability disruptions and maintaining continuity of operations through ITIL processes.
