About the position

The Technical Program Manager will lead the vision and strategic roadmap for the Architecture Capability Management practice within a yoga-inspired technical apparel company. This role involves driving technology strategies and architectures that support the company's rapidly scaling global business, collaborating with diverse teams to develop and deliver solutions aligned with strategic goals. The position requires strong program management skills, innovative problem-solving, and the ability to foster relationships across various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the definition of the vision & strategic roadmap for the Architecture Capability Management practice.
  • Establish a framework for prioritization & delivery of the EAM strategic & tooling roadmap.
  • Drive the end-to-end feature lifecycle of enterprise architecture management processes & tools.
  • Drive value-based delivery via backlog planning & execution in coordination with internal stakeholders & SaaS solution provider.
  • Understand, represent & balance the needs of users, stakeholders & peer products.
  • Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased responsiveness into existing operations.
  • Create communication & change management plans in support of a global community of technology architects, leaders & stakeholders.
  • Responsible for holding others accountable for delivering on time and to set standards.
  • Present findings, projections and recommended actions to support the growth & maturity of the global architecture practice.
  • Align departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy.
  • Develop, manage & report on KPIs and OKRs for the EAM & Capability Management ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with architects and peer program managers to ensure roadmaps for capabilities & programs are documented.
  • Prepare visual presentation of strategic & implementation plans that can be integrated into enterprise-level planning and delivery process.
  • Optimize process for regular review of business capabilities in LeanIX.
  • Become an EAM subject matter expert, offering consultation, influence & support to the user and stakeholder communities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in program management and technical support.
  • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in driving technology strategies and architectures in a global business context.
  • Ability to manage and report on KPIs and OKRs effectively.
  • Experience in change management and communication planning.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with enterprise architecture management tools like LeanIX.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and systems thinking.
