About the position

The position involves leading and managing large-scale technical programs and projects at Nexxen, focusing on engineering operations from conception to completion. The role requires ensuring alignment with business objectives and engineering goals while driving operational excellence through process improvement and effective resource management. The candidate will collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth project execution and serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale technical programs and projects focusing on engineering operations.
• Oversee the development and execution of project plans and timelines.
• Drive operational excellence by establishing and refining engineering processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, IT, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Lead strategic planning efforts, define program objectives, and communicate milestones to stakeholders.
• Manage the allocation of engineering resources across various programs.
• Implement resource tracking systems to monitor team capacity.
• Proactively identify risks, mitigate issues, and resolve operational challenges.
• Foster transparent communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project and program management with a focus on engineering operations.
• Proven experience leading complex technical programs and managing cross-functional engineering teams.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Nice-to-haves

• PMP, Scrum Master, or other related project management certifications.
• Demonstrated success in managing engineering operations in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working in enterprise-level companies in AdTech / FinTech domain.
• Experience working with DevOps teams and familiarity with common tools used by DevOps teams.
