Soliel, LLC is seeking a Network Engineer to support a federal customer.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex programs involving multiple tasks and responsibilities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Provide high-level logistics operations expertise, including planning, prioritization, coordination, and oversight of logistics activities within the program.
• Participate in and contribute to briefings and meetings with stakeholders, providing insights, recommendations, and ensuring clear communication of program progress.
• Oversee and ensure the effective implementation and operation of program activities, including resource allocation, risk management, and process improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies for change management and incident resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to program activities.
• Coordinate with various teams, including leadership, stakeholders, and contractors, to ensure cohesive and efficient program execution.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing large, complex programs and projects, particularly in a multi-task environment.
• PMP Certification is required.
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on making informed decisions that align with program goals and objectives.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with stakeholders, lead meetings, and present program updates.
• Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that could impact the success of the program.
• Expertise in logistics management, ensuring efficient and effective planning, coordination, and execution of logistics activities.
• Experience with managing large project budgets with complicated CLIN and labor category structures.
• Experience with managing cloud-based programs and projects.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in managing cloud-based programs in Health and Human Services (HHS) or other related agency.
• Experience in building and managing relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met while maintaining program objectives.
• Proficiency in leading and managing change initiatives, including the ability to guide teams through transitions smoothly.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with broader organizational goals and drive program success.
• Experience in setting up and managing performance metrics to ensure program objectives are being met and to identify areas for improvement.
• Strong background in managing program budgets, financial reporting, and cost optimization efforts.
