About the position

The Technical Program Manager at Cayuse Holdings is responsible for overseeing and managing technology solutions and program management services for local and state clients. This role involves aligning program goals with organizational strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The position requires strong project management skills and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, particularly within Louisiana's governmental and community landscape.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of the business environment and use that understanding to make informed decisions and drive results
• Define program goals and objectives, and align them with the organization's strategy
• Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver programs and projects on time and within budget
• Manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed
• Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management
• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to ensure program and project goals are met
• Ensure compliance with program management processes and standards
• Provide day-to-day support for ongoing processes
• Provide ongoing evaluation and improvements for processes; work in needed areas to provide technical support for agency's work demands
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and communication
• Experience with collecting, analyzing, and reporting key data
• Experience in program evaluation including evidence-based practices and outcome measurement
• Experience navigating Louisiana's governmental, business, and community landscape and various audiences/stakeholders
• Must be able to pass a background check.
