About the position

The Technical Program Manager will lead and manage program initiatives, ensuring successful project execution aligned with strategic goals. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client mission requirements, with potential growth into a Director of Program Management role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects in accordance with client specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with military clients, understanding their mission needs and translating them into actionable project plans.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure comprehensive understanding and communication of software and hardware capabilities.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, including senior management and clients, articulating technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
• Assist in the development of program management best practices and processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of our PMO.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in program management or leadership equivalent, preferably in a technical environment with exposure to military applications.
• Strong understanding of Digital Signal Processing technologies and their applications in military contexts.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
