About the position

The Technical Program Manager will oversee large-scale programs within the embedded domain, specifically focusing on RDKB devices. This role requires extensive experience in managing cross-functional teams across various locations, particularly in the cable/telecom industry. The manager will drive initiatives for product enhancements and ensure successful program delivery through effective risk management and communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive large programs involving Development, QA, and Release teams across multiple locations.
• Manage large program initiatives including new feature introductions and new device bring-up.
• Address problems through risk management and contingency planning, presenting solutions to executive management.
• Maintain project status and information through formal briefings and project update meetings.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a global delivery environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• 15+ years of Information Technology experience.
• Experience in the embedded domain with RDKB device background.
• Experience in the cable/telecom industry and CPE devices.
• Hands-on experience in managing large program initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices, and change management techniques.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Well-versed with Agile processes and Jira workflows.
