About the position

The Technical Program Manager will lead the Digital Twin for Semiconductor program, overseeing the full product life-cycle management of microelectronics and semiconductors. This role involves managing relationships with key partners, coordinating activities based on market requirements, and developing new programs to support the organization's strategic direction. The manager will also be responsible for budget management, proposal writing for customer-funded projects, and ensuring timely delivery of program milestones while analyzing risks and managing change effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Digital Twin for Semiconductor program and manage its full product life-cycle.
  • Coordinate road map activities based on market/customer requirements and partner capabilities.
  • Manage relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Organize programs and activities in alignment with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Develop and manage the budget and operating plan for the program.
  • Write proposals to secure customer-funded projects and government grants.
  • Convey key milestones and dependencies across the organization.
  • Manage change by leading impact analysis and communicating options to leadership.
  • Track key milestones and manage schedule or scope risks with mitigation plans.
  • Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
  • Analyze program risks and coordinate with internal staff for business development and marketing activities.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong technical foundation in microelectronics chip design, wafer fabrication, or microelectronics packaging.
  • Familiarity with electronic design automation (EDA) tools and product life cycle management (PLM).
  • Proven experience in program management and stakeholder management.
  • Experience managing a team and understanding project management principles.
  • Ability to build strong relationships in a dynamic environment and manage conflict effectively.
  • Excellent judgment, negotiation skills, and analytical talent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • PMI Certification is preferred.
