About the position

The Technical Program/Product Manager is responsible for leading and managing complex, strategic business initiatives that significantly impact multiple organizations. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, tactical execution, effective communication, and strong analytical skills to drive results and foster collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Be a people-focused organizational leader, mentoring and developing talent within the function.
  • Identify and prioritize cross-group collaboration opportunities.
  • Set and drive a regular cadence of communications to stakeholders for business, operational, and strategic reviews.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to the senior leadership team.
  • Engage in special or strategic projects, driving cross-functional teams to make data-driven decisions.
  • Define and own high-impact frameworks, processes, and strategies that drive measurable results and set the organization up for long-term success.
  • Communicate ideas and initiatives clearly with stakeholders, advocating for opportunities up to the VP level.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of technical business leadership and roadmap strategy development experience.
  • Previous experience in services and/or network infrastructure.
  • Strong background in infrastructure and technology development.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience delivering results as both a hands-on contributor and influential stakeholder.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making abilities, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to build strong cross-group working relationships and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with root cause/problem analysis using data manipulation tools such as Quicksight, Excel, and Tableau.
  • Problem solver who can adjust in an ever-changing environment; passion for problem solving.
