About the position

As a Technical Program Product Manager at Kforce, you will play a pivotal role in leading complex, multi-disciplinary networking projects that are essential for maintaining the infrastructure that supports our customers' access to innovative technology solutions. This position is based in Seattle, WA, and involves managing the end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure changes and upgrades across Amazon Data Centers. You will be at the forefront of addressing some of the most challenging problems in the industry, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams, including network operations, network engineering, infrastructure engineering, and internal project management teams, as well as liaising with external vendors to ensure successful project execution. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping, defining, and delivering new methods of technology solutions at scale. You will need to demonstrate excellent program management skills, with a proven track record of managing data center infrastructure and network programs. Your ability to identify and mitigate risks, remove blockers, and apply critical thinking will be crucial in developing paths to success. Effective communication is essential, as you will be interacting with a variety of teams and partners, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and progress on projects. The position requires a strong understanding of networking and data center technologies, as well as the ability to deliver effectively under compressed timelines while navigating ambiguity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, multi-disciplinary networking projects.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure changes and upgrades across Amazon Data Centers.

Requirements

  • Engineering or Data Computer/Science background.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Program Management, specifically managing Data Center Infrastructure & Network Programs.
  • Excellent Program Management skills.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks and remove blockers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of successful project management under compressed timelines.
  • Working knowledge of networking and data center technologies.
