About the position

The Technical Program/Project Manager will oversee the planning and execution of projects related to MS Dynamics 365 Finance, focusing on data projects including ETL, visualization, and mobile applications. This role requires strong leadership, technical guidance, and stakeholder management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The manager will also drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a collaborative environment across onshore and offshore teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies for both onshore and offshore teams.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and take corrective actions to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to both onshore and offshore project teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives and best practices.
  • Effectively communicate project status, risks, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels, including executive management, clients, and team members.
  • Lead and motivate both onshore and offshore project teams to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional results.
  • Implement quality assurance processes and standards to ensure project deliverables meet the highest quality requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in data projects, with a focus on support and development projects in Data, ETL, Visualization, D365 F&O, D365 Commerce, Mobile App, and Testing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, with a focus on Data and D365.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT/IS/Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams, manage conflicts, and drive project success.

Nice-to-haves

  • PMP, Scrum Master/CSM, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage distributed teams and work effectively across different time zones.
