About the position

The Technical Project Coordinator will manage critical path milestone tracking across a portfolio of complex initiatives throughout the project management lifecycle. This role involves collaboration across the organization to ensure alignment with objectives and effective implementation of projects, while also developing reporting capabilities in Power BI and maintaining detailed project documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Successfully manage critical path milestone tracking across a portfolio of initiatives with sizeable complexity, risk, and ambiguity throughout the project management lifecycle: development, scoping, planning, execution & post-mortem
  • Collect, monitor, and track project status, financial impact, and other key measures for enterprise initiatives
  • Develop dashboard reporting capabilities for key enterprise initiatives in Power BI
  • Exercise consistent project management skills while demonstrating strong business acumen, good challenging/questioning skills, and meeting facilitation skills
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively across the organization to ensure awareness and alignment to objectives, feasibility and dependencies required to successfully implement initiatives/projects
  • Prepare and deliver effective presentations and maintain detailed project documentation ongoing
  • Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with initiative stakeholders and leaders, serving as a resource to support successful implementation of key initiatives/projects
  • Assist identification and prioritization of the overall Project Management Office portfolio of initiatives/projects
  • Champion the use of Project Management Office tools and processes across the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance or related field
  • 3+ years of project management, Power BI data visualization or closely related experience
  • Advanced Power BI skillset
  • Expertise in project management, implementing consistent processes, procedures and reporting to enhance deliverables
  • Analytical mindset with ability to gather, assess and interpret relevant data and distill into key insights
  • Strong presentation development and delivery skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to actively listen, verbalize ideas, resolve conflict and influence to drive consensus and alignment with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
