About the position

Paradyme Management is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee mission-critical programs, focusing on the delivery and performance of projects within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This role involves collaboration with customers to define analytics capabilities and ensure successful project outcomes through effective leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to identify and create specific use cases that address customer needs.
• Identify and maintain KPIs to help drive solutions and delivery.
• Support the development team in the technical delivery of work assignments.
• Interface with senior leadership and customers to consult on future technology roadmaps and capabilities.
• Lead project teams to success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or equivalent fields.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience leading project teams for customer solutions and delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively work with customers and identify key issues and solutions.
