About the position

The Technical Project / Delivery Manager at Paradyme Management is responsible for overseeing mission-critical programs, ensuring the successful delivery and performance of projects throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This role involves collaboration with customers to identify needs, managing project teams, and interfacing with senior leadership to consult on technology roadmaps. The position requires a strong commitment to service and collaboration, reflecting Paradyme's award-winning culture.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers to identify and create specific use cases that address customer needs.
  • Identify and maintain KPIs to help drive solutions and delivery.
  • Support development team in technical delivery of work assignments.
  • Interface with senior leadership with the customers to consult on future technology roadmaps and capabilities.
  • Lead project teams to success.

Requirements

  • Top Secret with CI Polygraph clearance.
  • BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or equivalent fields.
  • Minimum 4 years relevant work experience leading project teams for customer solutions and delivery.
  • Experience with Jira/Confluence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
