About the position

The Technical Project / Digital Product Manager will oversee the management of digital platforms within the financial services sector. This role focuses on building scalable and reusable capabilities that cater to multiple channels and customer segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex integrations and supporting diverse user needs, ensuring that project goals align with high-level visions and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute project work plans, revising as necessary to meet changing needs.
• Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and its scope.
• Review deliverables prepared by the team before passing them to the client.
• Effectively apply project management methodology and enforce project standards.
• Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
• Minimize exposure and risk on the project.
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Define, plan, and implement goals and milestones for application development or system projects.
• Oversee analysis, design, execution, and support of all assigned projects, including resource planning and budgets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in digital platforms.
• Expertise in product management with platforms and federated environments.
• Strong ability to translate high-level vision into actionable work.
• Experience managing platforms with decentralized teams and complex integrations.
• Certification in PMP or CPM.
