About the position

CEI's client in the energy and utilities industry is seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to provide overall project management for the OMS 2.6 Upgrade Project. This role involves day-to-day leadership of project functions, ensuring effective communication and coordination among stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitation of team meetings
• Facilitation of design sessions
• Providing project updates to the required stakeholders and project personnel per the project communications plan
• Facilitation of project schedule inputs and updates
• Creating, maintaining, and communicating the project Risk register
• Creating, maintaining, and communicating the project organization chart
• Maintaining and communicating the project budget and forecast for the full scope of the funding project
• Maintain and complete System Design Life Cycle (SDLC) documentation throughout the project's lifecycle.

Requirements

• Previous technical project management experience
• Solid project management skills including communication and organization skills
• Stakeholder management experience
• Utility experience and/or PMP certification is a plus
• 5+ years of relevant experience
