About the position

IDR is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join a large organization in Tallahassee, FL. This role focuses on technical leadership and team coordination within a growing team-oriented culture, specifically in the context of enterprise state-level Medicaid projects and systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary technical teams to deliver enterprise data service solutions.
• Oversee project management activities with a focus on technical leadership.
• Manage system design and integration projects, ensuring hands-on involvement in technical design and implementation.
• Direct projects involving state government healthcare delivery and systems integration.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project management with a focus on technical leadership.
• 5+ years of experience in system design and integration projects.
• Proven experience directing multi-disciplinary technical teams delivering enterprise data service solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise state-level Medicaid projects.
• PMP Certification required.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with MMIS, Decision Support Systems (DSS), eligibility systems, and enrollment systems.
