The Technical Project Manager 4 position at UCI Health involves leading and overseeing major concurrent complex projects from initiation through implementation. The incumbent will manage the project's framework processes and methodologies, which involve coordinating departmental or cross-functional teams. This role requires planning, monitoring, and coordinating various aspects of the project, including scope, requirements, schedules, budgets, resources, tasks, risks, staff, and deliverables. The Technical Project Manager will monitor the project from initiation through completion, organizing and leading activities related to the management and completion of projects. This position is critical in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while also meeting the quality standards expected by UCI Health. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and proven abilities in managing large and complex projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential. The role requires persuasive, encouraging, and motivating skills to lead teams effectively. The candidate must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job and possess the knowledge and ability essential for successful performance in assigned duties. The position demands exceptional skills in report writing and making technical presentations, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Time management and organizational skills are crucial, as the candidate will need to manage multiple fast-paced technical projects and maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload. The ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment, as well as conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities, is also required.
