As a Technical Project Manager (Administrative/Technical) in the RS20 Division of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Corona Division, you will play a crucial role in managing projects that support Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health (ESOH) on Tactical Training Ranges (TTRs). Your responsibilities will include coordinating with Host Commands and NSWC Corona to ensure compliance with ESOH regulations and standards. You will utilize your project management skills to oversee all stages of ESOH program execution, ensuring that the Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) Contract is technically sound and meets the necessary requirements. In this position, you will interface with various stakeholders, including TTRs, NSWC Corona Command, and Host Commands, to support ESOH compliance and inspection projects that align with Fleet training objectives. You will be responsible for applying ESOH management policies and directives to develop and implement programs that fulfill regulatory requirements. Your expertise in ESOH regulations and procedures will be essential in evaluating contract procedures and performing contractor surveillance to ensure adherence to standards. Additionally, you will track personnel training requirements and report findings to Host Commands and NSWC Corona. You will also support NCTE procurement processes and work closely with the NCTE Contracting Officer Representatives to address ESOH compliance and requirements for both contractor and government operations. Budgeting functions for site-related projects will also fall under your purview, as you collaborate with Fleet funding sponsors to develop funding requests for execution. This role requires a proactive approach to project management and a commitment to supporting the Navy's mission through effective ESOH program management.
