About the position

The Technical Project Manager - Aerospace and Defense at Keysight Technologies will lead cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of custom test systems solutions for the aerospace and defense sectors. This role involves managing multiple projects, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring project execution aligns with customer requirements and company standards. The position requires a blend of technical expertise and project management skills to support business development and deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers in the development and delivery of custom test systems solutions.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
• Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and system requirements.
• Assist the business development team in generating accurate and compelling proposals.
• Conduct requirement and design reviews to ensure project alignment with customer expectations.
• Manage project schedules, resource requirements, and risk assessments.
• Oversee product development, integration, testing, and post-delivery support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an Engineering field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in a customer and factory-facing role.
• 3+ years of experience as a Project or Program Manager.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Outlook, Project).
• Experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of RF and test systems is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

Nice-to-haves

• PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience in developing custom test solutions.
