About the position

WMC is seeking a Project Manager to join the Contact Center Support team, focusing on the Cisco Unified Contact Center Environment (UCCE - CVP-ICM). The role involves managing complex Contact Center implementations, supporting day-to-day operations, and ensuring the delivery of business and technical requirements. The successful candidate will work in a large enterprise environment and contribute to all phases of the project management lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to all phases of the Program/Project Management lifecycle within the PMO.
  • Generate and review executive presentations and training programs.
  • Generate and review reports for business customers.
  • Manage ProSight Updates for Unified Network System (UNS).
  • Administer and migrate SharePoint.
  • Provide Power Teams user administration support.
  • Support PowerBI user administration.
  • Provide MS Project and MS Visio support.
  • Offer ad-hoc Excel and PowerPoint support for the leadership team.
  • Lead change management documentation and training.
  • Interact daily with IT Specialists and Program Analysts.
  • Manage Agile meeting documentation for Unified Work Requests (UWR).
  • Develop Impact Cost Analysis for Unified Work Requests (UWR).
  • Track and report on Change Request status throughout the lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working with CVP Studio, Java, and back-end integration with databases and web services.
  • 5 years of experience with Cisco UCCE platforms: Intelligent Contact Management, Customer Voice Portal, Cisco Identity services, and Finesse.
  • 5 years of experience with Windows Server platforms.
  • 3 years of experience with VMWare technologies in asset allocation, deployment, migration, and troubleshooting.
  • 3+ years of experience with project management.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience with a bachelor's degree, or 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Able to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk Background Investigation (MBI) security clearance.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with Report Customization with Aceyus.
  • Familiarity with Cisco 3rd Party Products (i.e. Nuance, Finesse, Verint, etc.).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in VoiceXML IVR technologies.
  • Experience with Visio, MS Project, and other MS Office Applications.
