About the position

The Crypto Services team is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee projects, deliverables, and initiatives specifically related to Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). This role is crucial in ensuring that all aspects of project management are executed effectively, particularly in the realm of compliance security and cryptography. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale projects that span across various business and functional groups, with a particular focus on security protocols and practices. In this position, the Technical Project Manager will be responsible for collaborating with client teams throughout the organization to drive the requirements and timelines necessary for successful project execution. This includes planning and facilitating meetings, documenting minutes, and following up on action items to ensure accountability and progress. The role also involves troubleshooting any process or technical issues that may arise during the onboarding process, utilizing internal ticketing systems to track and document progress, and ensuring that all established onboarding guidelines and requirements are adhered to. The successful candidate must be a self-starter, capable of working independently with minimal supervision. They should possess the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and summarize them in a clear and concise manner. Attention to detail is paramount, along with strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, project planning expertise, sound judgment, leadership qualities, decision-making capabilities, analytical skills, and problem-solving proficiency. A strong background in Cyber Security is required, with a preference for candidates who have a solid understanding of cryptography concepts and PKI. Technical writing experience is also preferred, as is an awareness of information security best practices. Experience with audit and compliance standards such as PCI, WebTrust, and SOX is strongly preferred. Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Github, and Splunk will be considered an asset.

  • Strong background in Cyber Security required.
  • Understanding of Cryptography concepts and PKI strongly preferred.
  • Technical writing experience preferred.
  • Awareness of information security best practices preferred.
  • Experience with audit and compliance (like PCI, WebTrust, SOX) strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Confluence, JIRA, Github, and Splunk a plus.
