About the position

Amplify is seeking a Contract Business Systems Project Manager to lead and coordinate a diverse portfolio of technology projects across primary systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, and CPQ. This six-month contract role involves collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead software development initiatives and business process analysis.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from small to extra-large, multi-phase projects.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resource capacity, status reports, and risk registers.
  • Supervise cross-functional teams in project execution, focusing on schedule, scope, quality, and communication.
  • Coordinate efforts of all team members to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Perform project risk assessments and communicate risk mitigation plans.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for projects from concept through implementation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in leading multiple projects simultaneously.
  • 3+ years of experience working with enterprise SaaS applications (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce).
  • Experience in running sophisticated technology transformation projects.
  • Strong communication and planning skills.
  • Understanding of the software development life cycle and experience in agile frameworks.
  • Ability to work semi-autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with JIRA, Smartsheets, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience managing projects in an Agile environment.
  • Change management experience.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
  • Certified as a project manager by PMI or similar organization.
