About the position

LMI is seeking a Technical Project Manager - Data Architecture to lead the technical aspects of project delivery related to Data Architecture. This role requires the candidate to provide expertise in solutioning and architecting, offering overall guidance while interfacing directly with high-level government representatives and LMI leadership. The Technical Project Manager will also provide direction to junior team members, ensuring that the project aligns with the strategic goals of the organization and meets the unique mission needs of federal civilian and defense agencies. This includes leveraging deep experience with Data Architecture and solutioning to assist in creating original solutions to unique problems. The candidate will evolve these solutions as the program matures, providing oversight and guidance to junior team members. The role also involves envisioning solutions for future scalability and extensibility while delivering a right-sized Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and iterating to build the solution of tomorrow, today. Additionally, the Technical Project Manager will assist in delivering high-quality deliverables on time and within budget, establishing project efficiencies, and managing key client relationships to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical aspects of project delivery related to Data Architecture.
  • Provide expertise in solutioning and architecting for data-related projects.
  • Interface directly with high-level government representatives and LMI leadership.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members in technical aspects of projects.
  • Assist in the creation of original solutions to unique problems in data architecture.
  • Evolve solutions as the program matures and grows.
  • Deliver high-quality project deliverables on time and within budget.
  • Establish project efficiencies and manage key client relationships.
  • Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues in project management.
  • Work with product operations administrators to meet programmatic, financial, and technical goals.

Requirements

  • Thorough understanding of Intel cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
  • Experience in enterprise database and data-centric enterprise system design.
  • Skilled in project management techniques and best practices.
  • Minimum clearance requirement: Active DoD Top Secret Clearance.
