About the position

LMI is seeking a Technical Project Manager - Data Architecture to lead the technical aspects of project delivery related to Data Architecture. The successful candidate will provide expertise in solutioning and architecting, offering overall guidance while interfacing directly with high-level government representatives and LMI leadership. This role also involves providing direction to junior team members, ensuring that the project aligns with the strategic goals of the organization. LMI is a consultancy dedicated to empowering a future-ready, high-performing government, leveraging expertise in digital and analytic solutions, logistics, and management advisory services. Founded in 1961, LMI has a rich history of helping the Department of Defense resolve complex logistics management challenges and continues to support federal civilian and defense agencies in enhancing operational readiness and ensuring mission success. In this multifaceted role, the Technical Project Manager will be responsible for a variety of key activities. The candidate must possess deep experience with Data Architecture and solutioning, assisting in the creation of original solutions to unique problems while evolving those solutions as the program matures. The role requires the ability to envision scalable and extensible solutions while delivering a right-sized Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and iterating to build the future solutions today. Additionally, the Project Manager will assist in delivering high-quality deliverables on time and within budget, establishing project efficiencies, and managing key client relationships to ensure satisfaction. This includes advising on the appropriate mix of capabilities, solutions, tools, and approaches to meet client requirements, proactively identifying and resolving strategic issues, and collaborating with product operations administrators to achieve programmatic, financial, and technical goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical aspects of project delivery related to Data Architecture.

Requirements

  • Thorough understanding of Intel cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
  • Experience in enterprise database and data-centric enterprise system design.
  • Skilled in project management techniques and best practices.
  • Minimum clearance requirement: Active DoD Top Secret Clearance.
