About the position

As a Technical Project Manager specializing in Embedded Systems, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our existing operations and platform projects. This position is designed for a proactive and forward-thinking individual who is ready to take on a hands-on approach to managing implementation efforts. You will be responsible for monitoring and leading engineering teams to ensure that all milestones and deadlines are met effectively. Your expertise in project management processes, strategies, and methodologies will be essential in driving the success of our projects. In this role, you will leverage your solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban development methodologies to foster a collaborative environment. You will be expected to demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Your ability to work in a high-level collaborative environment will be key, as you will be promoting a teamwork mentality among diverse personality types within the engineering teams. Additionally, your experience with project management models, including Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum, will be critical in guiding the teams through various project phases. Familiarity with project management tools, particularly JIRA and Confluence, is necessary to track progress and facilitate communication among team members. Requirements

• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban development methodologies.
• Good understanding of Linux systems, media, and system architecture.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse personality types.
• Experience in project management models including Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum.
• Experience with project management tools, specifically JIRA and Confluence.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of operating system internals and embedded system development.
• Familiarity with hardware virtualization technologies (CPU/GPU virtualization or device emulation).
