About the position

The Technical Project Manager for Gen AI/AI at Capgemini is responsible for leading AI initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals. This role involves analyzing market trends, prioritizing projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of AI solutions that provide measurable business value. The position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a deep understanding of the insurance and financial services sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and market needs across product lines to identify opportunities for AI initiatives.
  • Work with stakeholders to define and prioritize AI projects based on business impact and alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with product, actuarial, and operations teams to ensure AI solutions meet business needs and deliver targeted outcomes.
  • Define KPIs and value realization metrics for AI initiatives and monitor their performance.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and recommend adjustments to AI strategies based on evolving business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in demand planning, strategic management, or AI project management, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in defining and tracking performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and prioritizing a portfolio of projects based on business value.
  • Knowledge of the life and health insurance product landscape and a strong understanding of market dynamics.
