About the position

The Technical Project Manager (TPM) role focuses on managing healthcare and MedTech projects, ensuring successful delivery through strong technical expertise and project management skills. The position requires a deep understanding of system integrations, compliance with healthcare regulations, and experience in Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage healthcare and MedTech projects effectively.
• Oversee system integrations with devices and web applications.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FDA, and EUMDR regulations.
• Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile processes and ceremonies.
• Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Utilize technical knowledge in MS Azure, Java Restful Services, and Microservices architecture.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Project Management.
• Strong technical background in MS Azure and Java Restful Services.
• Experience with Java Backend Services and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes orchestration and Terraform.
• Understanding of system integrations with devices and web applications.
• Knowledge of FHIR standards.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA, FDA, and EUMDR regulations.
• Proven experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and team handling skills.
